We do not accept phone orders.

We do not backorder. In the event a product is unavailable, a refund will be made to your account for out of stock items and you will be sent an updated invoice and a tracking number for your order if available.
USA orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders and items too heavy for Priority Mail ship by UPS ground. Tracking numbers will be forwarded as they become available.
