Total shipping for your order can be calculated by adding item or items to cart. Select your ship option or enter your zip code(for USA orders). Next page will give your shipping total without adding your personal information or submitting your order.

Orders are shipped direct from our warehouse South Carolina, USA . Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties according to your countries import regulations.

We ship USPS Priority for Knife orders with a shipping weight of 2lbs. or less, and for International Shipments. All other orders within USA are shipped UPS.
We ship UPS Ground for shipments over 2lbs. within USA.

We ship to APO addresses.

(NOTE: Shipping to a Business is cheaper than shipping to a home address.)
Other shipping methods and services are available on request for an additional cost.

Most orders will ship within 1 business days.Many ship the same day as received.

Customer will be notified of any delays for shipping.

Returns:

Customers must contact us within 30 days of original purchase to return any item.
Misuse of, or used items will not be accepted for return.
All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging.
All non-defective products must be returned within 15 days of the date of invoice, and are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacement only within 30 days of the date of invoice.
All returns must be in original saleable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.
A Repair/Replacement Fee will be assessed to all authorized returns received incomplete or damaged, or may be refused at our discretion.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

International Customers

We DO ship Knives and swords internationally. Swords ship by USPS Priority.Please contact us for the shipping cost.
We DO NOT accept Checks or Money Orders from outside the USA or Canada.
The customer is responsible for any and all customs fees or other related costs.
The customer assumes the responsibility for knowing what can be legally imported into his/her country.
Nova Variety Imports is not responsible for any items seized by customs.
We ship International purchases via USPS.
Insurance is required.
